This VIP Membership Auto-Renewal Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in LOKTV’s VIP auto-renewing subscription service (“VIP Membership”).
By purchasing or subscribing to VIP Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.
VIP Membership is an auto-renewing subscription that provides access to premium features such as ad-free or reduced-ad viewing, premium content, enhanced playback experience, and other exclusive benefits as displayed in the App. Benefits may vary by region, plan, device, or promotional offer.
- Subscription prices and billing cycles are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable rate.
- If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if provided, will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription, where applicable.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. LOKTV does not provide refunds directly.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, plans, or benefits in accordance with Apple’s policies and applicable law. Any changes will be communicated in advance where required.
VIP Membership services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of any specific feature or content.
We may suspend or terminate access to VIP Membership if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws. Termination does not affect payments already made through Apple.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOKTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of VIP Membership.
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
