• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

LOKTV provides video playback services, including online streaming and offline viewing features.

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access, modify, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its systems
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any technical limitations, access controls, or content protections

• Content availability may vary by region, device, or over time
• Some features or content may require an internet connection
• Offline viewing is available only for supported content and may be subject to technical or time-based limitations

LOKTV does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access to any specific content.

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, designs, interfaces, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to LOKTV.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate this Agreement
• Required by law, regulation, or governmental request
• Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOKTV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOKTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted within the App or on the relevant policy page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
