This VIP Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the LOKTV VIP Membership program (“VIP Membership” or “Service”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using VIP Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use VIP Membership.
VIP Membership may provide access to certain premium features, which may include:
- Ad-free or reduced-ad viewing experience
- Access to premium or exclusive content
- Faster playback options or enhanced streaming quality
- Priority access to new features (where applicable)
Specific benefits may vary by region, subscription plan, device, or promotional offer and are subject to change.
VIP Membership is offered as a paid subscription or time-based membership.
- Pricing, billing periods, and available plans are displayed clearly in the App at the time of purchase.
- All payments are processed through your Apple ID account via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, VIP Membership subscriptions automatically renew.
Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period for the renewal at the applicable rate.
You may manage or cancel your VIP Membership at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered:
- It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription, where applicable.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. LOKTV does not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VIP Membership features, pricing, or plans at any time, subject to applicable law and Apple’s policies. Any material changes will be communicated within the App or through other reasonable means.
You agree not to:
- Share your account or subscription with others in violation of Apple’s terms
- Use VIP Membership for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to bypass subscription, billing, or access control mechanisms
We may suspend or terminate your access to VIP Membership if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws. Termination does not affect payments already made through Apple.
VIP Membership is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOKTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of VIP Membership.
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
